āYe te, bhikkhave, bhikkhÅ« adhammaį¹ adhammoti dÄ«penti te, bhikkhave, bhikkhÅ« bahujanahitÄya paį¹ipannÄ bahujanasukhÄya, bahuno janassa atthÄya hitÄya sukhÄya devamanussÄnaį¹. āMendicants, those mendicants who explain what is not the teaching as not the teaching are acting for the welfare and happiness of the people, for the people, for the benefit, welfare, and happiness of gods and humans.
BahuƱca te, bhikkhave, bhikkhÅ« puƱƱaį¹ pasavanti, te cimaį¹ saddhammaį¹ į¹hapentÄ«āti. They create much merit and make the true teaching continue.ā
