āCatÅ«hi, bhikkhave, dhammehi samannÄgato bhikkhu apaį¹į¹akappaį¹ipadaį¹ paį¹ipanno hoti, yoni cassa ÄraddhÄ hoti ÄsavÄnaį¹ khayÄya. āMendicants, when a mendicant has four things their practice is unfailing, and they have laid the groundwork for ending the defilements.

Nekkhammavitakkena, abyÄpÄdavitakkena, avihiį¹sÄvitakkena, sammÄdiį¹į¹hiyÄāThoughts of renunciation, good will, and harmlessness; and right view.
