Saį¹…khittasutta Deeds In Brief

ā€œCattārimāni, bhikkhave, kammāni mayā sayaį¹ abhiƱƱā sacchikatvā paveditāni. ā€œMendicants, I declare these four kinds of deeds, having realized them with my own insight.

Katamāni cattāri? What four?

Atthi, bhikkhave, kammaį¹ kaį¹‡haį¹ kaį¹‡havipākaį¹; There are dark deeds with dark results.

atthi, bhikkhave, kammaį¹ sukkaį¹ sukkavipākaį¹; There are bright deeds with bright results.

atthi, bhikkhave, kammaį¹ kaį¹‡hasukkaį¹ kaį¹‡hasukkavipākaį¹; There are dark and bright deeds with dark and bright results.

atthi, bhikkhave, kammaį¹ akaį¹‡haasukkaį¹ akaį¹‡haasukkavipākaį¹ kammakkhayāya saį¹vattati. There are neither dark nor bright deeds with neither dark nor bright results, which lead to the ending of deeds.

Imāni kho, bhikkhave, cattāri kammāni mayā sayaį¹ abhiƱƱā sacchikatvā paveditānÄ«ā€ti. These are the four kinds of deeds that I declare, having realized them with my own insight.ā€
