āRÄgassa, bhikkhave, abhiƱƱÄya cattÄro dhammÄ bhÄvetabbÄ. āFor insight into greed, four things should be developed.
Katame cattÄro? What four?
Idha, bhikkhave, bhikkhu kÄye kÄyÄnupassÄ« viharati ÄtÄpÄ« sampajÄno satimÄ vineyya loke abhijjhÄdomanassaį¹; Firstly, a mendicant meditates by observing an aspect of the bodyākeen, aware, and mindful, rid of covetousness and displeasure for the world.
vedanÄsu ā¦peā¦ citte ā¦peā¦ dhammesu dhammÄnupassÄ« viharati ÄtÄpÄ« sampajÄno satimÄ vineyya loke abhijjhÄdomanassaį¹. They meditate observing an aspect of feelings ā¦ mind ā¦ principlesākeen, aware, and mindful, rid of covetousness and displeasure for the world.
RÄgassa, bhikkhave, abhiƱƱÄya ime cattÄro dhammÄ bhÄvetabbÄāti. For insight into greed, these four things should be developed.ā
