AddhÄnakkhamo hoti, padhÄnakkhamo hoti, appÄbÄdho hoti, asitaį¹ pÄ«taį¹ khÄyitaį¹ sÄyitaį¹ sammÄ pariį¹Ämaį¹ gacchati, caį¹
kamÄdhigato samÄdhi ciraį¹į¹hitiko hoti. You get fit for traveling, fit for striving in meditation, and healthy. Whatās eaten, drunk, chewed, and tasted is properly digested. And immersion gained while walking lasts long.
