āPaƱcahi, bhikkhave, dhammehi samannÄgato bhikkhu ÄnÄpÄnassatiį¹ bhÄvento nacirasseva akuppaį¹ paį¹ivijjhati. āMendicants, a mendicant developing mindfulness of breathing who has five things will soon penetrate the unshakable.

Idha, bhikkhave, bhikkhu appaį¹į¹ho hoti appakicco subharo susantoso jÄ«vitaparikkhÄresu; Itās when a mendicant has few requirements and duties, and is unburdensome and contented with lifeās necessities.
appÄhÄro hoti anodarikattaį¹ anuyutto; They eat little, not devoted to filling their stomach.
appamiddho hoti jÄgariyaį¹ anuyutto; They are rarely drowsy, and are dedicated to wakefulness.
yÄyaį¹ kathÄ ÄbhisallekhikÄ cetovivaraį¹asappÄyÄ, seyyathidaį¹āThey get to take part in talk about self-effacement that helps open the heart, when they want, without trouble or difficulty. That is,
