āChayime, bhikkhave, dhammÄ sekhassa bhikkhuno parihÄnÄya saį¹vattanti. āThese six things lead to the decline of a mendicant trainee.

gaį¹ikÄrÄmatÄ, indriyesu aguttadvÄratÄ, bhojane amattaƱƱutÄāThey relish work, talk, sleep, and company. They donāt guard the sense doors, and they eat too much.
