Aniccasutta Impermanence

ā€œā€˜So vata, bhikkhave, bhikkhu kaƱci saį¹…khāraį¹ niccato samanupassanto anulomikāya khantiyā samannāgato bhavissatÄ«ā€™ti netaį¹ į¹­hānaį¹ vijjati. ā€œMendicants, it is quite impossible for a mendicant who regards any condition as permanent to accept views that conform with the teaching.

ā€˜Anulomikāya khantiyā asamannāgato sammattaniyāmaį¹ okkamissatÄ«ā€™ti netaį¹ į¹­hānaį¹ vijjati. Without accepting views that conform with the teaching, itā€™s impossible to enter the sure path.

ā€˜Sammattaniyāmaį¹ anokkamamāno sotāpattiphalaį¹ vā sakadāgāmiphalaį¹ vā anāgāmiphalaį¹ vā arahattaį¹ vā sacchikarissatÄ«ā€™ti netaį¹ į¹­hānaį¹ vijjati. Without entering the sure path, itā€™s impossible to realize the fruit of stream-entry, once-return, non-return, or perfection.

ā€˜So vata, bhikkhave, bhikkhu sabbasaį¹…khāre aniccato samanupassanto anulomikāya khantiyā samannāgato bhavissatÄ«ā€™ti į¹­hānametaį¹ vijjati. Itā€™s quite possible for a mendicant who regards all conditions as impermanent to accept views that conform with the teaching.

ā€˜Anulomikāya khantiyā samannāgato sammattaniyāmaį¹ okkamissatÄ«ā€™ti į¹­hānametaį¹ vijjati. Having accepted views that conform with the teaching, itā€™s possible to enter the sure path.
