āSatta vo, bhikkhave, aparihÄniye dhamme desessÄmi. āMendicants, I will teach you seven principles that prevent decline.

Katame ca, bhikkhave, satta aparihÄniyÄ dhammÄ? And what are the seven principles that prevent decline?
YÄvakÄ«vaƱca, bhikkhave, bhikkhÅ« aniccasaƱƱaį¹ bhÄvessanti; vuddhiyeva, bhikkhave, bhikkhÅ«naį¹ pÄį¹ikaį¹
khÄ, no parihÄni. As long as the mendicants develop the perception of impermanence ā¦
YÄvakÄ«vaƱca, bhikkhave, bhikkhÅ« anattasaƱƱaį¹ bhÄvessanti ā¦peā¦ not-self ā¦
asubhasaƱƱaį¹ bhÄvessanti ā¦ ugliness ā¦
