Tiį¹­hānasutta In Three Particulars

ā€œTÄ«hi, bhikkhave, į¹­hānehi uttarakurukā manussā deve ca tāvatiį¹se adhiggaį¹‡hanti jambudÄ«pake ca manusse. ā€œThe humans of Uttarakuru surpass the gods of the thirty-three and the humans of the Black Plum Tree Land in three particulars.

Katamehi tīhi? What three?

Amamā, apariggahā, niyatāyukā, visesaguį¹‡Äā€”Theyā€™re selfless and not possessive. They have a fixed lifespan. They have a distinctive nature.

imehi kho, bhikkhave, tÄ«hi į¹­hānehi uttarakurukā manussā deve ca tāvatiį¹se adhiggaį¹‡hanti jambudÄ«pake ca manusse. The humans of Uttarakuru surpass the gods of the thirty-three and the humans of the Black Plum Tree Land in these three particulars.
