Yato ca kho, bhikkhave, bhikkhu saddho ca hoti sÄ«lavÄ ca, evaį¹ so tenaį¹
gena paripÅ«ro hoti. When the mendicant is faithful and ethical, theyāre complete in that respect.
Saddho ca, bhikkhave, bhikkhu hoti sÄ«lavÄ ca, no ca bahussuto ā¦peā¦ A mendicant is faithful and ethical, but not learned. ā¦

Imehi kho, bhikkhave, dasahi dhammehi samannÄgato bhikkhu samantapÄsÄdiko ca hoti sabbÄkÄraparipÅ«ro cÄāti. A mendicant who has these ten qualities is impressive all around, and is complete in every respect.ā
