SabbapariƱƱÄsutta Complete Understanding of All
VuttaƱhetaį¹ bhagavatÄ vuttamarahatÄti me sutaį¹: This was said by the Buddha, the Perfected One: that is what I heard.
āSabbaį¹, bhikkhave, anabhijÄnaį¹ aparijÄnaį¹ tattha cittaį¹ avirÄjayaį¹ appajahaį¹ abhabbo dukkhakkhayÄya. āMendicants, without directly knowing and completely understanding the all, without dispassion for it and giving it up, you canāt end suffering.
SabbaƱca kho, bhikkhave, abhijÄnaį¹ parijÄnaį¹ tattha cittaį¹ virÄjayaį¹ pajahaį¹ bhabbo dukkhakkhayÄyÄāti. By directly knowing and completely understanding the all, having dispassion for it and giving it up, you can end suffering.ā
Etamatthaį¹ bhagavÄ avoca. That is what the Buddha said.
Tatthetaį¹ iti vuccati: On this it is said:
āYo sabbaį¹ sabbato ƱatvÄ, āThose who know the all as all,
sabbatthesu na rajjati; are not attracted to anything.
Sa ve sabbapariĆ±Ć±Ä so, They completely understand all,
sabbadukkhamupaccagÄāti. and have risen above all suffering.ā
Ayampi attho vutto bhagavatÄ, iti me sutanti. This too is a matter that was spoken by the Blessed One: that is what I heard.
