Taį¹ taį¹ namassÄmi harissavaį¹į¹aį¹ pathavippabhÄsaį¹, I bow especially to you, palomino-colored, shining over the earth:
TayÄjja guttÄ viharemu divasaį¹. guarded by you let us live out this day.
Ye brÄhmaį¹Ä vedagÅ« sabbadhamme, Those brahmins who are knowledge-masters with respect to all things,
Te me namo te ca maį¹ pÄlayantu; I worship them, may they keep me safe.
Namatthu buddhÄnaį¹ namatthu bodhiyÄ, Hail the Awakened Ones, hail Awakening!
Namo vimuttÄnaį¹ namo vimuttiyÄ; Homage to the freed ones, homage to freedom!
