āRÅ«paį¹, bhikkhave, aniccaį¹. āMendicants, form is impermanent.
Yadaniccaį¹ taį¹ dukkhaį¹; Whatās impermanent is suffering.
yaį¹ dukkhaį¹ tadanattÄ; Whatās suffering is not-self.
yadanattÄ taį¹ ānetaį¹ mama, nesohamasmi, na meso attÄāti evametaį¹ yathÄbhÅ«taį¹ sammappaƱƱÄya daį¹į¹habbaį¹. And whatās not-self should be truly seen with right understanding like this: āThis is not mine, I am not this, this is not my self.ā

PubbantÄnudiį¹į¹hÄ«naį¹ asati, aparantÄnudiį¹į¹hiyo na honti. Not having theories about the past, they have no theories about the future.
AparantÄnudiį¹į¹hÄ«naį¹ asati, thÄmaso parÄmÄso na hoti. Not having theories about the future, they donāt obstinately stick to them.
ThÄmase parÄmÄse asati rÅ«pasmiį¹ ā¦ Not misapprehending, the mind becomes dispassionate towards form,

saƱƱÄya ā¦ perception,

khÄresu ā¦ choices,
viƱƱÄį¹asmiį¹ cittaį¹ virajjati vimuccati anupÄdÄya Äsavehi. and consciousness; itās freed from defilements by not grasping.
VimuttattÄ į¹hitaį¹. į¹¬hitattÄ santusitaį¹. SantusitattÄ na paritassati. Aparitassaį¹ paccattaƱƱeva parinibbÄyati. Being free, itās stable. Being stable, itās content. Being content, theyāre not anxious. Not being anxious, they personally become extinguished.
āKhÄ«į¹Ä jÄti, vusitaį¹ brahmacariyaį¹, kataį¹ karaį¹Ä«yaį¹, nÄparaį¹ itthattÄyÄāti pajÄnÄtÄ«āti. They understand: āRebirth is ended, the spiritual journey has been completed, what had to be done has been done, there is nothing further for this place.āā
