āRÅ«pe, bhikkhave, yo chando yo rÄgo yÄ nandÄ« yÄ taį¹hÄ, taį¹ pajahatha. āMendicants, you should give up any desire, greed, relishing, and craving for form.
Evaį¹ taį¹ rÅ«paį¹ pahÄ«naį¹ bhavissati ucchinnamÅ«laį¹ tÄlÄvatthukataį¹ anabhÄvaį¹
kataį¹ Äyatiį¹ anuppÄdadhammaį¹. Thus that form will be given up, cut off at the root, made like a palm stump, obliterated, and unable to arise in the future.
