Saį¹yojaniyasutta Things Prone to Being Fettered
āSaį¹yojaniye ca, bhikkhave, dhamme desessÄmi saį¹yojanaƱca. āMendicants, I will teach you the things that are prone to being fettered, and the fetter.

Katame ca, bhikkhave, saį¹yojaniyÄ dhammÄ, katamaƱca saį¹yojanaį¹? What are the things that are prone to being fettered? And what is the fetter?
Cakkhuį¹, bhikkhave, saį¹yojaniyo dhammo. The eye is something thatās prone to being fettered.
Yo tattha chandarÄgo, taį¹ tattha saį¹yojanaį¹ ā¦peā¦ The desire and greed for it is the fetter.
jivhÄ saį¹yojaniyo dhammo ā¦peā¦ The ear ā¦ nose ā¦ tongue ā¦ body ā¦
mano saį¹yojaniyo dhammo. mind is something thatās prone to being fettered.
