āAriyaį¹ vo, bhikkhave, sammÄsamÄdhiį¹ desessÄmi saupanisaį¹ saparikkhÄraį¹. āMendicants, I will teach you noble right immersion with its vital conditions and its prerequisites.

Katamo ca, bhikkhave, ariyo sammÄsamÄdhi saupaniso saparikkhÄro? And what is noble right immersion with its vital conditions and its prerequisites?
Seyyathidaį¹āsammÄdiį¹į¹hi ā¦peā¦ sammÄsati. There are right view, right thought, right speech, right action, right livelihood, right effort, and right mindfulness.
YÄ kho, bhikkhave, imehi sattahaį¹
gehi cittassa ekaggatÄ saparikkhÄratÄāUnification of mind with these seven factors as prerequisites is called noble right immersion āwith its vital conditionsā and āwith its prerequisitesā.ā
