Imesaį¹ kho, bhikkhave, catunnaį¹ iddhipÄdÄnaį¹ bhÄvitattÄ bahulÄ«katattÄ tathÄgato āarahaį¹ sammÄsambuddhoāti vuccatÄ«āti. It is because he has developed and cultivated these four bases of psychic power that the Realized One is called āthe perfected one, the fully awakened Buddhaā.ā
