Āsavakkhayasutta The Ending of Defilements

ā€œImesaƱca panāhaį¹, āvuso, catunnaį¹ satipaį¹­į¹­hānānaį¹ bhāvitattā bahulÄ«katattā āsavānaį¹ khayā anāsavaį¹ cetovimuttiį¹ paƱƱāvimuttiį¹ diį¹­į¹­heva dhamme sayaį¹ abhiƱƱā sacchikatvā upasampajja viharāmÄ«ā€ti. ā€œā€¦ And itā€™s because of developing and cultivating these four kinds of mindfulness meditation that I realized the undefiled freedom of heart and freedom by wisdom in this very life. And I live having realized it with my own insight due to the ending of defilements.ā€
