Sotāpattiphalasutta The Fruit of Stream-Entry

ā€œCattārome, bhikkhave, dhammā bhāvitā bahulÄ«katā sotāpattiphalasacchikiriyāya saį¹vattanti. ā€œMendicants, when four things are developed and cultivated they lead to the realization of the fruit of stream-entry.

Katame cattāro? What four?

Sappurisasaį¹sevo, saddhammassavanaį¹, yonisomanasikāro, dhammānudhammappaį¹­ipattiā€”Associating with true persons, listening to the true teaching, rational application of mind, and practicing in line with the teaching.
