Mittasutta Friends

ā€œYe hi keci, bhikkhave, anukampeyyātha, ye ca sotabbaį¹ maƱƱeyyuį¹ā€”mittā vā amaccā vā ƱātÄ« vā sālohitā vāā€”te vo, bhikkhave, catunnaį¹ ariyasaccānaį¹ yathābhÅ«taį¹ abhisamayāya samādapetabbā nivesetabbā patiį¹­į¹­hāpetabbā. ā€œMendicants, those who you have sympathy for, and those worth listening toā€”friends and colleagues, relatives and familyā€”should be encouraged, supported, and established in the true comprehension of the four noble truths.

Dukkhassa ariyasaccassa, dukkhasamudayassa ariyasaccassa, dukkhanirodhassa ariyasaccassa, dukkhanirodhagāminiyā paį¹­ipadāya ariyasaccassa. The noble truths of suffering, the origin of suffering, the cessation of suffering, and the practice that leads to the cessation of suffering.

Ye hi keci, bhikkhave, anukampeyyātha, ye ca sotabbaį¹ maƱƱeyyuį¹ā€”mittā vā amaccā vā ƱātÄ« vā sālohitā vāā€”te vo, bhikkhave, imesaį¹ catunnaį¹ ariyasaccānaį¹ yathābhÅ«taį¹ abhisamayāya samādapetabbā nivesetabbā patiį¹­į¹­hāpetabbā.
