“Hiriottappasampannā,
Endowed with conscience and prudence,
sukkadhammasamāhitā;
and comprised of bright qualities,
Santo sappurisā loke,
the good and true persons in the world
devadhammāti vuccare”ti.
are said to have godly qualities.
