The Philosopher: a past life story
“Kodhanā akataññū ca,
Hateful ingrates!
pisuṇā mittabhedikā;
Slanderous traitors!
Brahmacariyaṁ cara bhikkhu,
Live the spiritual life, mendicant,
so sukhaṁ na vihāhasīti.
you will not be bereft of happiness.
Takkapaṇḍitajātakaṁ tatiyaṁ.
