“Yato ahaṁ pabbajito,
Since I went forth
Agārasmānagāriyaṁ;
from the lay life to homelessness,
Nābhijānāmi saṅkappaṁ,
I’ve not been aware of any thought
Anariyaṁ dosasaṁhitan”ti.
that is ignoble and hateful.
