“Cittanimittassa kovido,
Skilled in the patterns of the mind,
Pavivekarasaṁ vijāniya;
understanding the nectar of seclusion,
Jhāyaṁ nipako patissato,
practicing absorption, alert, mindful:
Adhigaccheyya sukhaṁ nirāmisan”ti.
such a person would realize pleasure not of the flesh.
