“Kāyaduṭṭhullagaruno,
Your body is uncomfortably heavy,
hiyyamānamhi jīvite;
and life is running out;
Sarīrasukhagiddhassa,
greedy for physical pleasure,
kuto samaṇasādhutā”ti.
