Kimbila (1st)
“Abhisattova nipatati,
Old age falls like a curse;
Vayo rūpaṁ aññamiva tatheva santaṁ;
it’s the same body, but it seems like someone else’s.
Tasseva sato avippavasato,
I remember myself as if I were someone else,
Aññasseva sarāmi attānan”ti.
but I’m still the same, I haven’t been away.
