“Tisse sikkhassu sikkhāya,
“Tissā, train yourself with discipline;
Tissā, train in the trainings—
mā taṁ yogā upaccaguṁ;
do not let bonds tie you down.
don’t let your yokes overcome you.
Sabbayogavisaṁyuttā,
All bonds unbound,
Unyoked from all yokes,
cara loke anāsavā”ti.
walk in the world free from influences.”
live in the world free of defilements.
