“Dhīre nirodhaṁ phusehi,
Dhīrā, touch cessation,
“Dhīrā, touch cessation,
Saññāvūpasamaṁ sukhaṁ;
the blissful stilling of perception.
the joyful pacification of perception.
Ārādhayāhi nibbānaṁ,
Win extinguishment,
Attain Nirvana,
Yogakkhemamanuttaran”ti.
