ā€œRÅ«pā, bhikkhave, dukkhā. ā€œMendicants, sights are suffering.

Yaį¹ dukkhaį¹ tadanattā; Whatā€™s suffering is not-self.

yadanattā taį¹ ā€˜netaį¹ mama, nesohamasmi, na meso attāā€™ti evametaį¹ yathābhÅ«taį¹ sammappaƱƱāya daį¹­į¹­habbaį¹. And whatā€™s not-self should be truly seen with right understanding like this: ā€˜This is not mine, I am not this, this is not my self.ā€™ ā€¦ā€
