ā€œYe te, bhikkhave, bhikkhÅ« anāpattiį¹ āpattÄ«ti dÄ«penti te, bhikkhave, bhikkhÅ« bahujanaahitāya paį¹­ipannā bahujanaasukhāya, bahuno janassa anatthāya ahitāya dukkhāya devamanussānaį¹. ā€œMendicants, those mendicants who explain non-offense as an offense are acting for the detriment and suffering of the people, against the people, for the harm, detriment, and suffering of gods and humans.

BahuƱca te, bhikkhave, bhikkhÅ« apuƱƱaį¹ pasavanti, te cimaį¹ saddhammaį¹ antaradhāpentÄ«ā€ti. They create much wickedness and make the true teaching disappear.ā€
